Where to start. Well first, I Would like to say my service writer Dylan did a very good job of getting my appointment set up and getting my car back to get put in the shopper very quickly. He checked on me and even gave me a food voucher so I could have lunch. Again, Dylan did his job and did it very effectively. That's where anything good about this place ends for me. After purchasing my Nissan Rogue, I came back to get my complementary car wash and was told that I could only get the code from my sales rep that sold the vehicle or I could purchase car washes per month. So now I have to adjust my schedule to have my car washed if that even a thing that they actually provide or just said that to make the deal. It was just overall bad customer service and even with talking to the front counter staff and another sales rep on the floor, no one was able to assist me... thanks for nothing Univer... read more

Made a appointment to get oil change cause I was told they have all the tools and the oil ... So I go there and then they say they don’t have anything and can’t do it.... I usually do all my oil changes but I have a prepaid maintenance plan with qualityquard plus (which is owned by Nissan ) I told them what it was and they don’t even know what their own company maintenance plan is lol what a joke. .. I’ll be going to a different dealer to cancel the maintenance plan since it’s of no use.
