Poor customer service. I went in for service July 10th for a reoccurring issue. The service tech and his manager took pictures of the issue to send to Nissan to see if they will cover the repair again (it was already repaired once but put on incorrectly). I was told that I would hear back from them within 2 weeks. Tomorrow will be 7 weeks and I still have not heard from them.
