the sales department is very pushy with no regard to your time when you let them know you have to leave by a certain time. they also run your credit through a minimum of between 10-15 banks which really screws with your credit. on a positive note, the service department has been great so far.

I highly recommend Universal Nissan if you are in the market for a new car! The staff was very helpful and friendly, especially our salesman, Jake McNeely. He was super attentive to our needs and wants when it came to such a big purchase. He understood completely our fears and nerves and reassured us that he would take the upmost care of us! He informed us of all the features that we would have never noticed on our own and made sure we knew how to operate everything in our new vehicle before we left. VERY NICE GUY!
