Verified Renter Maybe 4 stars when it’s finished. The new owners are doing major renovations everywhere, they’ve gone on far longer than we were told. Upside, the property is much better for said improvements. Pest control is efficient, lawn care done. Too many problems in interim.

Verified Renter Aventura Oak Mountain under Lincoln Property Management is probably one of the most garbage covered, money wasting, unappealing place I have lived in. Not enough parking for anyone, yet will tow people's cars even with parking passes.

Verified Renter Beautiful family setting in close to Oak Mtn woods, and streams. Deer wonder thru the woods. we have seen wild rabbits as well. sit on your balconey and listen to song birds
