Verified Renter By far one of the best living experiences in the Birmingham area, safe, modern living is hard to come by and this Complex exceeds that expectation!
Verified Renter I really enjoy living here, moving in during the start of all the renovations has been a little rocky, but the Aventura team has been extremely helpful throughout the whole process.
Verified Renter management and maintenance could be better. the dog poop stations never have any bags in them for people to use and trash cans are always full.
Verified Renter I really like living here. It is quiet and the grounds are well kept. I feel safe. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The clubhouse is beautiful and the workout area is phenomenal. I’ve met some great people as neighbors. The community is so conveniently located for shopping.
Verified Renter 5 months now...It took me 3 times to finally get a gym key. I did go on Saturday's, but finally got an off day to where I could go during the week. The person at the front desk on a Saturday said he couldn't make them. (Not his fault, but very irritating for those of us that work all week). Also paid for this one key. Got a new car and was $50 for another sticker to put in his window. Last sticker for my car they pulled out a premade one and entered a few things in the computer (this took less than 5 minutes)... read more
Verified Renter The apartment didn’t look like the one we toured. It was way more outdated and not very clean. Was very upset on move it date because of this.
Verified Renter Maybe 4 stars when it’s finished. The new owners are doing major renovations everywhere, they’ve gone on far longer than we were told. Upside, the property is much better for said improvements. Pest control is efficient, lawn care done. Too many problems in interim.

Verified Renter I love it here. The apartment is very nice and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. I love the newly renovated gym, and fun games that the office offers sometimes.
