Verified Renter The atmosphere is very nice and I feel very safe living here. However, trying to get maintenance to come to your apartment is a hassle, and even if they do, they will not fix anything, they have even canceled a few of my requests I’ve put in in the past. Overall, I like living here, I just wish maintenance would do better.
Verified Renter Pretty quiet area the only issues i’ve had have been cosmetic. I like the amenities that are offered and valet trash is a plus not a fan of them not picking up any boxes. overrall pretty good.

Verified Renter Everything is pretty good except for the trash at the front entrance is a huge eye sore when it's all over the sidewalk and street. They done things to fix up the complex but it still needs a lot of work.

Verified Renter I moved in to my apartment on 6/12/23, so I've been there almost 3 weeks now. The apartment has been great and the area is quiet. However, my two biggest complaints so far is 1) I have been in maintenance requests multiple times with the office since I moved in about my microwave not working and my dishwasher being clogged (so I can't use it) and the maintenance men NEVER have come. 2) There is constantly large pieces of trash and empty boxes in the breezeways - It's very much an eye sore and looks messy and ... read more
Verified Renter I really like to live in Aventura, I love my new apartment and how I decorated it. Also I love the amenities, every morning I go to the gym, sometimes to the pool and playground. It works perfect for me and my family!
