A JOKE. Nothing ever gets fixed, management always has the WORST attitudes, everything is overpriced and not worth it, there’s never a place to park and your work orders won’t get answered but let your rent be a day late and they’ll call you nonstop. Unless you enjoy getting home from work & walking in the dark across the complex in the middle of the night, I don’t recommend living here. Lack of Management Avoid this apartment complex, management lies about everything and work orders are lost. Avoid at all cost.
Horrible Not sure we should even look at this place. It takes alot for me to complain but im soo irritated with the people in the office .Horrible services there's always issues in the apartment and they take they time to fix the problem.Ive been living here for almost a yr and can't seem to get a working oven they have maintenance come to flick a switch and my oven is broke within a few days and this been going on since I moved here still no improvement. Out of AC for 3 Days It seems that working AC Unit is not a concern in 90 plus degree weather, I believe that follow through is necessary in regards to work orders. It is terrible customer service when you arrive home from work three days in a row without air. No contact from management or staff concerning the issue...poor customer services.
Tragically unorganized management is a joke This place is a waste of time very unorganized staff disrespectful and plain rude....the traffic on 280 is unimaginable good luck exiting the complex during peak traffic... overall HORRIBLE
You WANT to live HERE! If you want the feel of "community", make this your home! Neighbors here are very friendly and there are different events to help in making friends among the residents here. With the change in ownership, there is a whole new feel here. The apartments are spacious and leave you feeling like you're living up in the mountains in your own special vacation spot. think twice I've lived here 5 years and have never had as many issues until the change in management recently. The first check I made out to new management was lost and they tried to charge me a late fee. I've had a laundry list of maintenance issues that took 3 mos to complete, most of which were half done, sloppy or still not complete 5 mos later. Love it!! My family and I have lived here for a little over a year now. We absolutely love living here! Management has changed a few times since we have lived here. Now the management staff is awesome! Jenny and Carla are the best! And I must say that James with maintenance is amazing! He always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is working properly. DO NOT SIGN A LEASE! This complex has by far the absolute worst management. You have to beg them to do their jobs. Maintance does not come in timely manners. (Waited 4 months for them to fix a list of things.) Bugs are a problem. Apartments are nice but not worth what you have to go through.
