Every time I’ve left a review like this someone has left a comment on it saying they’d contact me about my complaints and never did

Verified Renter We have had issues with the apartment since the first month we moved in, the washer machine was broken since day 1 and it took 2 months to get a new one. now the dishwasher is broken and the paint in bathtubs, kitchen cabinets and bedrooms doors starting to peel, we are still waiting maintenance repairs these after 3 weeks of notifying them.
Verified Renter I like the neighborhood, it's very quiet and cleaned. I have been living here for almost a year and didn't have any big problems so far. Just two times i got the garbage disposal not working and the first time the office sent a repair guy to fix it in a month and the second time it took about 2 months for waiting him. The staff is very friendly !

They have done a lot of work to improve the comple... They have done a lot of work to improve the complex which is nice. My only big issue is it takes weeks for maintenance to respond to requests.
