Verified Renter Beautiful family setting in close to Oak Mtn woods, and streams. Deer wonder thru the woods. we have seen wild rabbits as well. sit on your balconey and listen to song birds
Verified Renter Wonderful place to live! Great location. Really nice apartments with great floor plans. The manager and office personnel are always ready to help and so nice! I highly recommend if you are looking for an apartment.
Verified Renter Great experience! I was needing to move into an apartment within 24 hours. They made the leasing process so stress free and was able to get me into an apartment asap

Verified Renter It has been a process with the management change over the last year. However, the new renovations and support are well worth it. Affordable and convienent.
Verified Renter It’s a great community to live with. Nice amnesties and service. The management work proactively to solve issues. I have been living for more that 5 years and recommend
Verified Renter I’m very happy here! Everything is clean and organized. Any problem was fix very promptly. The apartments look really nice and updated. Also the apartment managers communication is nice
Verified Renter Avoid at all costs. Worst place I’ve ever ever lived. Ridiculously hostile to the people that live here and look for any reason to fine you or tow your car. Every time I’ve left a review like this someone has left a comment on it saying they’d contact me about my complaints and never did
Verified Renter I am new to the community, but so far the experience has been nothing short of amazing. The staff is kind and professional, and the neighbors are quiet and peaceful.
