Verified Renter Just moved in. It’s very quiet, the gym is top notch and everyone in the office and residents are very kind. The community is the perfect size not too big not too small. They have all the perfect amenities! AT&T fiber available!

My apartment smells like marijuana from pretty much everybody around me. I’ve had 3 maintenance request been ignored. The facilities on the complex are nice but they aren’t kept clean at all. Verified Renter As a fourth year resident, I'm encouraged with the improvements made to the property through its recent change in management. Unfortunately, with the upgrades and improvements came a 34% increase in my rent, based on a 6 mo rental vs. a previous 14 mo rental. This was unexpected and will play a factor in what I decide to do for the future.
