Verified Renter Move in was easy. Melode is great. It’s quiet and I love my apartment on the third floor. The amenities are awesome. My room cane with appliances that work and are nice. I think I’ll continue to enjoy my stay here for a long time!
Verified Renter I like the renovation of the kitchen for sure looks great being an apartment.Not thrilled on master closet was never told would have one shelf in it & i would have to provide other shelves or adjustments.When was shown same unit but had two rows of shelves & made me excited & took part in this choose of signing.Also pay for amenities but had to pay 25$ for a fob to enjoy them as a 1st time signer? Verified Renter As a fourth year resident, I'm encouraged with the improvements made to the property through its recent change in management. Unfortunately, with the upgrades and improvements came a 34% increase in my rent, based on a 6 mo rental vs. a previous 14 mo rental. This was unexpected and will play a factor in what I decide to do for the future. Verified Renter Could be much better but it could be worse. Biggest complaint is the trash situation that they can never get under control. The first thing you see when you drive up is an overflowing dumpster It’s been this way for the 2 years we have lived here. I pay way too much money a month for the entrance to be covered in trash every day. It’s disgusting and it’s ridiculous.

Terrible place The place is terrible! The maintenance people leave trash just piled in corners of buildings, dog waste buckets overfilled and never empty them. Yet they threaten their people with fines. Management is awful will straight up lie to your face. No parking anywhere. Takes 3 months to respond to a request. Never move in here!

Verified Renter Aventura at Oak Mountain is a great place to live with a considerate and kind staff. Living here is one of the best decisions I’ve made. The grounds are well kept. The amenities are on par with other more expensive complexes. And it’s pretty cool to live on them side of a mountain!
