However this morning on April 16th, I was leaving for work at 5:30am and to my horror, had to step over several piles if food garbage leaked from torn garbage bags that had been picked-up by our valet service the night before!! Management needs to appeal to residents not to put leaking garbage bags in this trash cans!! If they have a leaking bag then double-bag it!!!!
