Verified Renter I've just moved in, there is good and bad both already. The worst part is no one picks up after their dogs and they let them " go" right at your patio . We didn't have heat for 2 weeks after move in, they fixed it but took away our nest and put in an old thermostat. ?? At least we have heat tho. The people at the front are wonderful so far so thats a good thing.
Verified Renter It's beginning to feel like an expensive housing project. Too many sheriffs calls for domestic violence. The Roaches and ants are horrible. Pest control is charged monthly but sent out by request.
Verified Renter It’s ok. Maintenance is a little slow and the front office doesn’t return phone calls. The facilities have been updated which is nice. And the noise level isn’t too bad.

The apartment is beautiful, we were unable to view before we moved in due to time constraints, but my wife and I were super happy with the way everything was. There were a few things we filled out as far as needed fixed/replaced on move in, but otherwise super happy.

Verified Renter Best complex that ive ever lived in. The management staff constantly has something fun going on. They even had a complimentary gift wrapping station to wrap your Christmas present. I love those thoughtful details. They’re the best.
Verified Renter I love living here. The view is amazing from my apartment. My neighbors are great and I am close to everything on 280. I highly recommend this place to everyone.
Verified Renter So far, so good. The apartment could be made better with better quality doors and blinds and wall paint. Overall, not bad. It's good for the rent they charge.
