Verified Renter We are loving our new home! Move in was easy, the office staff is friendly and helpful. Floor plans are spacious and they offer great amenities
Verified Renter The apartments are clean and generally well kept. Maintenance sometimes takes a little longer than desired to get to requests but other than that the place is great!

Property Manager I am a new tenant at this complex. Aventura’s property manager Montana was the biggest help during my application/move in process! She met all me needs/concerns and kept asking how else she could help! I feel comfortable at Aventura knowing if there’s any issues, they can get it fixed fast! The new gym is great. Valet trash is convenient also.
Verified Renter Everything seems to be going good so far. Love the location and people I’ve met so far. Still waiting to get a few things fixed in the apartment but other than that everything seems altruistic.
Verified Renter The apartment complex is beautiful. My only issue is that maintenance is VERY slow. Other than that, the amenities are awesome and the apartment is gorgeous.
Verified Renter I've just moved in, there is good and bad both already. The worst part is no one picks up after their dogs and they let them " go" right at your patio . We didn't have heat for 2 weeks after move in, they fixed it but took away our nest and put in an old thermostat. ?? At least we have heat tho. The people at the front are wonderful so far so thats a good thing.
Verified Renter It's beginning to feel like an expensive housing project. Too many sheriffs calls for domestic violence. The Roaches and ants are horrible. Pest control is charged monthly but sent out by request.
Verified Renter It’s ok. Maintenance is a little slow and the front office doesn’t return phone calls. The facilities have been updated which is nice. And the noise level isn’t too bad.
