Verified Renter Aventura at Oak Mountain is a great place to live. The apartments are spacious and private. The grounds are well maintained. The staff are helpful and responsive. And how cool is it to live on the side of a mountain!

Verified Renter Maintenance could be better. Response time is super long. The dumpster is biggest issue. The dumpster seems to break like once a week and then trash just piles up. I pay way too much money in rent to see a mountain of trash everytime I drive into the complex.
