Verified Renter Maintenance could be better. Response time is super long. The dumpster is biggest issue. The dumpster seems to break like once a week and then trash just piles up. I pay way too much money in rent to see a mountain of trash everytime I drive into the complex.

My apartment smells like marijuana from pretty much everybody around me. I’ve had 3 maintenance request been ignored. The facilities on the complex are nice but they aren’t kept clean at all. Verified Renter So far so good. Quiet community. Repairs are a touch slow. Staff has been kind and respectful. Overall a good experience, especially coming from our previous location
