Verified Renter Aventura Oak Mountain under Lincoln Property Management is probably one of the most garbage covered, money wasting, unappealing place I have lived in. Not enough parking for anyone, yet will tow people's cars even with parking passes.

Verified Renter Nice floorplan which I have enjoyed. Good location that is convenient to grocery, banking and shopping. Traffic can be an issue. The complex is under new management with numerous upgrades being made to apartments and property, which was needed. The "garbage policy" is very poorly enforced by mgmt with residents leaving their exposed bagged garbage in the building breezeways and not using provided garbage cans.
