So far I’ve enjoyed living here, the move in proce... So far I’ve enjoyed living here, the move in process was a little rocky but things seem to be going better now. I’m excited for the clubhouse to open!

Slums of Greystone Ugliest entrance of any complex on 280, the constantly broken or over loaded trash compactor is the first thing you pulling up. Within 6 months of moving in we’ve had 2 leaks in the same area of our kitchen, most of the doors in the apartment weren’t properly installed and fall off when you open them, lastly I’m pretty positive there’s excessive mold in the dish washer (they are aware) so one day I’ll be courtroom rich… The office LOVES to give the thumbs up for 2nd & 3rd floor renovation work before 9am, ... read more
Nah Been here a little over two months and I still have a list of things that need to be done ! And it seems like more keep happening. I figure if you're going to charge all this money, the least you could do is keep the units in descent shape ! Not with half doing stuff like paint dripping down from the walls on the baseboards or just the baseboards not being painted at all ! THE WORST APARTMENT EVER!!!!!! TAKE YOUR GOOD HARD EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE!!! BOTH MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE ARE TRASH!! We complained about not having heat for weeks, submitted heap of requests and it took my mom to threaten to call the HEALTH DEPARTMENT before they even solved the problem. We didn't even have the proper equipment to even have heat in the apartment!! Our system was FROZEN time after time they did their quick fixes. MOLD MOLD MOLD This apartment complex has Mold in it! My apartment unit had so much mold in it that we had to move to a temporary apartment . Management has no clue! And maintenance is a joke! If I knew what I know now I would have never moved here!
Terrible, Apts are subpar & maintenance are incompetent Moved in 7/7/21 2bedrm . My apt should have never been deemed ready for move-in. Dried up paint left all over laminate floors, toilets, etc. AC went out day 2, wasn't fixed until 5 days later. Toilet leak that caused water damage to the floor and molding around the floor. Mold inside toilets & on bathrm wall. Sewage/urine smell coming from toilet. And a ton of other issues.. all less than 1 month.
Too stressful This apartment complex will raise your blood pressure. It’s way too stressful. The major thing they should be good at: leases and renewal leases. Well, to get this accomplished takes way too much time and energy on the residents part. I have never dealt with anything so frustrating. I want to give them money, and it’s taking them months to type up an agreement. An agreement that they offered! The actual units are great. I like the area, but next year I am considering elsewhere after this experience.
No Accountability whatsoever! Currently been living here over a year, moved to bham for work. Currently Active Duty so my time here is limited, but I highly don’t recommend anyone NO MATTER THE CIRCUMSTANCES to move in these Apartments. I’ve never seen the most incompetent individuals in my life, being a SoFlo Native I’m generally use to a better standard of living. But the Management Staff and Workers are beyond me! 0 stars
