think twice I've lived here 5 years and have never had as many issues until the change in management recently. The first check I made out to new management was lost and they tried to charge me a late fee. I've had a laundry list of maintenance issues that took 3 mos to complete, most of which were half done, sloppy or still not complete 5 mos later. Love it!! My family and I have lived here for a little over a year now. We absolutely love living here! Management has changed a few times since we have lived here. Now the management staff is awesome! Jenny and Carla are the best! And I must say that James with maintenance is amazing! He always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is working properly. DO NOT SIGN A LEASE! This complex has by far the absolute worst management. You have to beg them to do their jobs. Maintance does not come in timely manners. (Waited 4 months for them to fix a list of things.) Bugs are a problem. Apartments are nice but not worth what you have to go through.
Very nice and home like I love the location which is right down the street from my job. The apartment is spacious and has a spa like quality and feel. You almost don't know that your living in an apartment because of the size and seclusion. I love the layout and the fact that the apartments have accomodating bathrooms ( garden tub). The walkways leading up to the apartments give you this safari feel. Calm and serenity right in the middle of the hussel and bussel of city life.
