Verified Renter Maintenance is extremely slow to fix problems, if they ever fix them at all. Office staff is unhelpful. Rent and fees are VERY high for the quality of the apartments and amenities.

Verified Renter So far we have really enjoyed living at Aventura. The complex is kept well maintained and neighbors are friendly! Kids love the pool, playground and club house.

Verified Renter The apartments are good, my biggest complaint is that other tenants are not respectful by cleaning up after their pets. Not only is it an eye sore, can't open your window because of the smell and it causes a lot of flies and bugs in the summertime.
Verified Renter Living here is really fun I enjoy the pool the gym and the dog park. I really like the way the apartment is layed out and it makes me feel very cozy comfortable and at home
Verified Renter Love the location and the team is always super friendly. Maintenance is a huge area of opportunity. I have to call about every time to ask about a service ticket that has been running for two weeks, and a lot of times they come and “fix” issue, only for me to call again and confess that it is still not fixed. I know they are working on this, but it’s been a good 18 months now
