Verified Renter We have been living here about 3 weeks now and we have loved it! The speed bumps entering the property are rough on your car but they aren't too bad. Other than that we don't have complaints. The amenities are always clean and the neighborhood is nice!

Verified Renter I have definitely enjoyed living here and meeting some of my neighbors by the pool side. They are always hosting small events at the front office or having food trucks. I feel very safe in this environment and the staff makes an effort to fix your issues when they arise. I also love how it’s not very noisy and you can’t hear your neighbors as much.

Verified Renter Clean complex with friendly staff. Could use more guest parking areas and more poop stations. There’s not that many around the complex and there could be more.
Verified Renter Kristin was very nice and always helpful. At first parking was pretty bad and unexpected, But they've been towing nearly every night so no complaints now.
Verified Renter The community is nice and quiet. Landscaping can be ALOT better. The community needs to be pressure washed and cleaned. Dog park grass is not mowed either
Verified Renter So far I’ve had a package stolen from my door and I’ve only been able to park at my building Twice since I’ve moved in. I usually park at Building 9 or the Clubhouse due to all the non residents parking in residents spots. This includes the Handicap Parking spots too. I wish the place would enforce the parking policy or designate spots for residents.
Verified Renter The staff is amazing! Everyone we have met is very friendly. My kids love the park and can not wait to play in the pool. We like that there is a dog park and that the apartments are pet friendly!!
Verified Renter My main complaint is gross stairwells. I’m embarrassed to invite anyone over because the stairwell and landing by my apartment has bird poop and some other unknown substance on it. Also, floors are paper thin, I’ve had a neighbor complain about me making too much noise, and the people above me sound like they are building a house, when I know they are just living life.
