Money transfer struck since 4 days (USD 2500). I understand things do wrong but Remitly seems totally callous in resolving this. The customer service is weak-I have to keep repeating the situation to every one of them ( I have made 4 calls and spend about an hour). No updates via emails. requests to speak to superiors are plain ignored. They keep asking the same question over and over. The worst, DO NOT ever use this service. They take the funds but then say no to transfer then it takes forever for them to put money back in your account. BEWARE
Remitly has very poor service. They say that money is delivered to Recipient account but it never reaches there. I also tried complaining but yet the concern is not resolved. It has been over a week but no action is taken for same.
I would have given zero star if that was possible. It is not a company you can trust with your hard earned money. I had initiated a transfer about a week ago and my money is nowhere to be found. The customer service is totally useless. I have talked to 6 different people and they give me the same answer that we know how much time it will take to process your transaction, and yes, we can not cancel the transaction and will not refund your money also. They say something but do something else. In their website remitly .com/india, it is mentioned that they pay 63.31 even for express transfer when using a debit card. But when actually logged in and send the money they wont offer that. When spoke to customer service rep, they come up with all possible reasons for not able to honor that offer.... BS!

Liars and frauds. Giving false promises. My money was supposed to deposited to India on March 31. But it didn't. When i called customer care, I was told that it will be deposited on April 1. When i called again on April 1st, i was told that it will be deposited on April 2nd. Same thing on April 2nd, I was told that it will be done on April 3rd.
