This is worst experience. On 21st Oct I received a notification from Remitly that money transfer in progress. I did not initiate any transfer and I do not know the fraud recipient. I immediately called Remitly regarding this to stop the transaction. No one from them could confirm the transaction cancellation. I already called them 4/5 times but they say they can not confirm, they can only if their partner responds. TERRIBLE SERVICE DO NOT USE............ I ATTEMPTED TO SEND MONEY VIA MY DEBIT CARD AND NEVER RECEIVED AN EMAIL STATING THE MONEY HAD BEEN TRANSFERRED. WHEN I CALLED THEM THE REPRESENTATIVE INFORMED ME THAT THE TRANSACTION HAD BEEN CANCELLED AND MY ACCOUNT WAS DISABLED. I THEN CHECKED MY ONLINE DEBIT ACCOUNT AND NOTICED THAT THE MONEY WAS PENDING FROM MY DEBIT ACCOUNT!!! I THINK THEY ARE A SCAM. BEWARE!!!!
Worst service. You send money which gets immediately debuted but they want you to call you back and confirm your ID and give your bank statement etc., The worst money transfer service ever
