First time to use, not a very good experience. They sent my transaction twice. Called them to cancelled the other one, said they cannot do anything about it. So disappointed with the service. Not recommended!!!!!!!!!

It's a joke. Please do stay away from this. They tend to delay the transaction often stating lame reasons.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY to send money anywhere. They took all of my personal information including credit card information. I sent money to India and they confirmed the transaction. A few days later the recipient said they never got the money. I tried to sign on to my account at Remitly and the account was locked. I had to call the company to find out what was going on.
