So i sign up for remitly hoping to have their promo w/c is the 40$ gift card, so i did, i sent money in the Philippines, but when my brother trried to get the money, they said they don't have record, so i checked the status and it says there it was ready for pick up, my brother went back to the bank and still no record, so much hassle, and one more thing is, i wont be able to have the gift card because they said somebody in the house (same address) signed up already.. I have some friends having trouble with their account got hacked and stranger used their account to send money using their account. Very scary im glad it did not happen to me I need to close my account.

My first send it for free service and its good, so i send the second time its because its emergency i pay service fee it said available in minutes . I send it sunday in the US then i called my sister to give here the number. I did not know she cant get the money cebuana said the number is not right because its not showing, my sister cant call me and tell what happened. I give 4 stars coz it was my first time using Remitly, so far so good. When I send money from Texas to Philippines (take note they send me email of my eGift card from Walmart $40) last December 2015 it was really urgent, when I send it I was surprised coz it was fast, easy and low fee & good exchange rate. I used to send money using other digital money transfer or remittance provider but it gives me problem that's why I start using Remitly.
