Another disappointed Customer: I have transferred 2000 USD on March 26 with 3-Day delivery to pay my Home loan and after Confirming the transaction, it was stated that i will get it on April 2nd which is no way 3 business day from March 26th. And now due to public holidays in India on April 2nd, they have delayed the transaction to April 5th which is no way acceptable. Just used their service. Website states 100% satisfaction guarantee and if we find a better exchange rate and lower fee, they will refund. But when I showed them the better rate and no fee, all they said was sorry and wanted to cancel my transaction. Bunch of liars.
The service fee is much lower than the other online company where to send money in minutes....very afordable talaga....love it!
PLS do not use this remittance service if you want your money to be send that fast... Im still waiting for the company to call me since yesterday 9pm... I thought it will took only 1 hour processing and on the website it says reviewed on this time but the time keeps on moving. and i understand that they need to review the transaction but pls dont put any false advertisement that it will take only 1 hour. HORRIBLE. I just got scammed by this remitly piece of shit .-. give me my money back. you guys said you guys were gonna contact my friend to collect her address. it's been HOURS and she hasn't received a call from you guys! she even tried calling the number but no one answered. ../..
As per promissed they delivered exact amount of money to send india in timely manner as promissed, eventhough it was very brand new for indian transaction. I think i was the person among first few people for indian transaction. I am very happy with service.
Couldn't complete to Land Bank with a trial sum, kept saying "Landbank down" for almost 24 hours, then said account# was "wrong". Meanwhile Xoom completed bulk of transfer in 4 hours! Never been that quick. Sorry Remitly, can't use you. (But their staff was professional, (somewhat) helpful and very polite, so kudos to you for that.)
I will never use this company ever. The customer service was giving me hard time.
Cancelled all my transaction and that was all important!
