Customer service is less than a star. I called this location THREE times and what transferred and then hung up on three separate times when I just needed a simple question about my warranty answered. I guess I'll have to drive the extra 30 minutes out of my way to Longwood to get any real service. Or I can leave this company all together. The entire staff of this location is incompetent.
I had a routine service and am satisfied with the work done. My only complaint was the length of time I had to wait for the car. It took three hours which was only half an hour longer than estimated.
absolutely the best, just had my 30,000 mile service. I made an appointment, dropped off my car, a couple hours later I came back, And my car was sitting out front, washed, vacuumed, and as pretty as ever. The fuel injection service made it run like new, Thank you, Orlando Kia West .
DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!!! We went in on a Sunday and drove off the lot with a beautiful brand new KIA Sorento. Drove this car for a week. On Friday they called and said return the car because they could not find a lender. Who lets people drive off of their lot with a new car before they are financed?? We had no idea we were not financed yet. My family is absolutely heart broken. This is the second time I have purchased from Kia West. They have been so good to me and the finance guy even remembered me from two years ago! Chris Barker was a great salesperson. Not pushy at all and truly listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions.
