Customer service is less than a star. I called this location THREE times and what transferred and then hung up on three separate times when I just needed a simple question about my warranty answered. I guess I'll have to drive the extra 30 minutes out of my way to Longwood to get any real service. Or I can leave this company all together. The entire staff of this location is incompetent.
I had a routine service and am satisfied with the work done. My only complaint was the length of time I had to wait for the car. It took three hours which was only half an hour longer than estimated.
absolutely the best, just had my 30,000 mile service. I made an appointment, dropped off my car, a couple hours later I came back, And my car was sitting out front, washed, vacuumed, and as pretty as ever. The fuel injection service made it run like new, Thank you, Orlando Kia West .
DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!!! We went in on a Sunday and drove off the lot with a beautiful brand new KIA Sorento. Drove this car for a week. On Friday they called and said return the car because they could not find a lender. Who lets people drive off of their lot with a new car before they are financed?? We had no idea we were not financed yet. My family is absolutely heart broken. They should have never let us drive it off the lot and most defiantly not let us drive it for a week then tell us to return it. Additionally, they t... read more
This is the second time I have purchased from Kia West. They have been so good to me and the finance guy even remembered me from two years ago! Chris Barker was a great salesperson. Not pushy at all and truly listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions.
