Did an oil change- it was exactly what I expected.
Waiting time SUCKS! In at 11 for an oil and tire rotation. Was told 1pm and it now ALMOST 3pm AND STILL WAITING. Spoke to two others here. Same thing. Just be honest on timeframe and let US decide if we want to wait. No follow up either to keep us informed. TOTALLY SUCKS!

Brought my 2017 Forte In for an oil change. Had a scheduled appointment for 2pm. Showed up and was quoted 1hr 45min by my service tech, Kevin. This is normal as they are a busy dealership. I sit in the waiting room to 2hr 15min. Then, expecting my car to be ready, I go outside and see it sitting there. Oh, good, it’s ready to go...wrong. Many things went wrong while we were purchasing the soul but you know the thing i don't like the most is it is without a cd player you can't listern to your music and the phone isnt always the way to go to hear your sounds but they have a great sale man there name brandon hes the best thanks man for your help hats off to you
GREAT SERVICE DEPARTMENT!! My fan for my air conditioner/heater/defroster in my 2012 KIA Soul+ quit on me. The people in the Service Department were awesome. Very, very friendly! Tony was my Service Adviser. He took very good care of me. He even made sure I understood my extended warranty. This was especially appreciated b/c I did not purchase my vehicle here. Had an appointment for my car to be serviced and although I had to wait a little longer than usual I did not mind . Every one was very pleasant ,the waiting area had coffee ,water snacks and a popcorn machine with bags for filling. I thought that was nice for people with children .anyway before long my car was ready and freshly washed and I was on my way .Oh did I forget to mention the service was great.
