This is now the 4th time we had our car in service for the same problem. Very frustrating and time-consuming.
I went yesterday for my 2013 Kia Soul to get an oil change. I made my appointment online at noon for the Kia Express Service which includes the oil change/filter, battery test, tire rotation, and vehicle inspection. Upon my arrival right at noon they tell me that my service package had been cancelled and they no longer offer the express service as it is now part of a maintenance package that is bought upon purchase of the vehicle...well, I bought this vehicle almost 3 years ago. I purchased my 2013 Kia Soul five years ago. It is an amazing car. Luckily I haven’t had any issues and the staff is always so nice and helpful. The other day, I didn’t like that I had to pay $115 for a diagnostic test on an engine light that I knew was just a sensor. They cleared the light since nothing was wrong... now I feel robbed of $115. I even spent thousands on a platinum warranty and it didn’t cover it. I need new tires soon and may look elsewhere.
They did everything my car needed in the time they told me to it would take. Great service.

Went in this evening and purchased two cars with my husband a Soul and a Sportage. We could not be happier. Our sales consultant, Chris Barker was the best.
