I got my car serviced there yesterday and I had an amazing staff great me. They were so kind and answered any questions that I had. They told me it would take about two hours and that’s exactly how long it took! I did not make a mistake purchasing a car for Orlando Kia West!
The staff here are extremely courteous and helpful with questions and concerns. I have received numerous discounts for parts and the service is done in reasonable time.
Went Saturday for a service. Took a reasonable amount of time and the people there are awesome. Even made the kids happy.

The service at Orlando KIA West is always courteous and competent.
Nearly an hour on the phone to simply try and find out when to pick up my car. I was told I would get a call back in two hours, four hours later I tried to follow up. Seriously, where is your service?!
I'm always satisfied with my service, and usually Margarita is my Service Adviser and she keeps me informed and updated on any changes while my Soul is in for service, and let me also say thats coming from someone who was a warranty clerk for a different manufacturer and delt with techs and Service Adv for 13 yrs.
I would like to know why when you have an oil change appt for 12:45 your car is not done until 3:45? Worst service ever it does not take 3 hours for an oil change to be done and then when you ask how much longer you continue to be lied to. Never coming back here even though I get free oil changes for 2 years I’ll pass.
If there was a zero rating that would be to good for this company... My daughter brought her car in for service on Wednesday was told her airbag had a fault and the battery was bad... my daughter purchased a new battery from which Kia of West Orlando installed... this morning my daughter nearly loss her life because of the error Of installing a BATTERY... the entire positive side of the battery was fried... the acid smelling throughout the car... it was by the grace of god my daughter is still here... i called furious at the... read more
