They don't listen when you try to explain things. Take forever to get the purchase finalized. They don't return phone calls.
I had my car in a different dealership where they did not install my battery correctly. My car shut off in the middle of a road trip. It was towed to Orlando Kia West. Orlando Kia West, specifically Tony in the service department, was extremely helpful. He made sure my car was looked at quickly, and he helped me gain reimbursement from the other dealership for tow and rental car by giving me great advice and directions on how to do so. Yakir was the salesman that help me he was very great at what he do. The other salesman that approach me first was very rude and was just tryna make a sale. He wasn't trying to listen to what i was looking for. But Yakir Rukman made up for the bad service from the first salesman.

I had just drove over night from Delaware back in September, and hadn't been around the area an hour yet, my 2016 Kia Sorento started acting up and i couldn't get it to go past 30mph. I googled the closest Kia to my location, found this one and drove luckily it was 2 mins from where i was. Walked in and at first wasn't impressed, i was told that they close at 5 and it was already 4.
