Well I LOVE my Kia Sorrento so much I have upgraded 3 times and has been happier very time. Now I have a 2018 Beautiful Black Kia Sorrento Turbo loaded with everything that I wanted. Orlando Kia West is the BEST.
Asked me if I wanted a complimentary car wash and vacuum. They only washed the car. They also wouldn’t let me utilize my warranty with out paying a deductible. Other than that the service was alright and didn’t take that long for the recall service.
They seem to really care about the needs and wants of the customers.Thankyou for your help.
I had an appointment scheduled for an oil change and tire rotation. My appointment was at 2:00. I arrived at 1:40. I was told that my car would be done by 3:00, and it would have a complimentary car wash as well. By 3:15 I had not received an update on my car. I asked a service gentleman how much longer my car was going to take. He said he would check. He never returned to tell me. By 3:30 I asked the ladies behind the lobby desk. My car was vandalized so I went to my Kia West for repairs. Tony N. was the service contact, and he walked me through all the steps to the repair, and getting a rental car for the few days it took. A bad situation was made better with Kia’s support. Thank you!!
All went as scheduled, no complaints. Dropped Kia at lunchtime and picked up after work.
I received great service from Kevin and the Kia West service Department. I went in for an oil change. This was my first time taking my vehicle in. Kevin let me know there were two recalls on my vehicles. He asked that if I had the time, the recall items could be taken care of that day. He gave me an approximate time. Then proceeded to ask if I wanted a complimentary wash and vacuum. Long story short; the oil change and recall items were done in the promised time. I drove away happily ever after in my clean car.
