I enjoyed going there that was very friendly and I was in and out maximum 30 minutes.
they did not tighten two lug nuts on my back left tire causing grinding sound.. the mechanic said i needed new filters (engine,cabin) just got them mid december.. said i needed rear brakes( brake fluid low and dirty) bought some and went to put them on ... way more the 2mm at least 5mm .. i only got 25000 miles on that car.. watch them very closely
I will ALWAYS bring my car to Kia west service department especially for their amazing customer service. I wanted to give a shout out to Tony at Kia west for saving my life! A few months ago he made a serious recommendation for tires and brakes for safety reasons. I was involved in a serious head on collision with a SUV last week and could have died or had serious life threatening injuries as a result. Had a great experience with Patricia -I ended up with a beautiful new Kia Forte.
The staff are excellent. Jamie Johnson was pleasant and very informative with detail on my Kia Soul.
I went to this Kia dealership because my wheel lock was missing and I had a nail in the tire and was told over the phone to come in that that was an easy fix when I got to the dealership I asked about the charge and was told around $40 thought it was too much but I was desperate. Waited an hour and was charged almost $70 to take 4 lug nuts off and put 4 on. I felt I was taken advantage of and I will not be going back there ever. Very disappointed Kia owner.
