I really tried to prevent this review, as you will see below. I took my Kia Optima into Orlando Kia West in mid-December to receive an Oil Change and check a couple of recalls. The Service Advisors were great and I had no issues there. I also agreed to have "transmission fluid service" completed on my car. Then, in January, I opened my hood to check fluids and found that for three weeks I had been driving with my air intake filter housing open. Mom & I went to Orlando Kia West today to purchase a car. We had an appt w/ Rick, he had a last min appt change. Chris Barker helped us. He went above & beyond & out of the way to help get us a car. Expecially my mom who got problem walking & getting in & out of the car(can't bend her legs too good). We tried the Kia Soul, it didn't work out good b/c she couldn't bend her knees to get in. Great people. This is my fourth new car and I love it.
I purchased a book of coupons when I purchased my Kia Soul. These coupons were added to my car payments and were good for things like oil changes and other maintenance. I was never told there was an expiration on these coupons and there is no expiration printed on the book. When I brought my car in for an oil change, my coupon was refused because it “expired at 30,000 miles”. I only got to use 5 of the 10 oil change coupons I paid for and none of the other parts of the maintenance package. I feel that I was duped into buying... read more
Just finished leasing my second car from this location. I dealt with Bill this time and he was great. My only complaint would be that I told him at the beginning that I didn't want to spend 4 hours haggling over the price and to just meet my request at first. Of course that didn't happen, but after 4 hours, we agreed on the price I had originally wanted, plus a little for profit, of course. Folks were all very nice, though, and will go back again in the future.
My Father was at this location to fix a Heating Up problem on his KIA. A Staff told him that to do a check up would cost $60. And they charge OVER $350 dollars!!! Also they replaced few things and total was more than $600. Now the unbelievable thing ... THE CAR IS STILL HEATING UP !!!!! they are asking more money to FIX ! This is unacceptable and unfortunately I think the language makes easier to that kind of thing ( he doesn’t speaks English) happens.
