My son purchased his first car from here. When he went and looked at the car he was told it was $21000. They then told him $18000. I looked at the online price and it was $15990. I was told that is the CASH price for the car (which it didn't say anywhere online). I told them that was false advertising and was told that all dealers advertised the online price knowing it is cash only. That is a lie. I talked with my son and told him to leave and look elsewhere. Horrible. Do not purchase from them. I purchased a vehicle just 3 days ago and since the beginning I felt like they were shady. They tried to sell me the car at $4000 more than what they listed online, once I told them I wanted to cancel Farid(the finance manager) said he would honor the online price.. I was promised a value for my trade-in vehicle and I signed my contract. After I left the lot I looked at my contract again and he shorted me $2000 on my trade-in. Sucker you in with warranty only to find its not worth the paper it's written on.
Bought a 2014 Forte new. So far the air conditioner and the steering column were faulty and had to be replaced. Orlando Kia West performed the repairs. The car was running rough after they performed the repair on the steering column. Had to take it in twice for them to realize it WAS running rough. They replaced the alternator and running better so far.
Bought a certified used jeep compass from them three days later the and light came on the 4wd light came on cruise control not working took Cecile in to have looked at found a bad wheel sensor was the issue they had to order part was told to come in the following Thursday told them can't be there until Friday and they said no problem called Thursday and said couldn't find my part had to finally after talking to three different people they had my part but couldn't get to it until Monday rd them I was told Friday but they coul... read more
