My experience at this service center and lack of follow up from the manager is preventing me from buying another Kia. I never want to have to go back to this place and be charged double what I was told AND for an oil change that I specifically said I did not want! The service center was closed and I had to pay and pick up my keys from Sales, then when I spoke to a manager the next day she said refunding for services performed and paid is tricky because 3 people have to sign off on it...She was supposed to review and call me ... read more
I have owned four kias and stayed with kia because of the superior service & kind, professional service departments at four different dealerships both in Illinois & Florida. This was my first & last visit to kia west in Orlando.
We’re leaving Orlando without my car� Final inspection was that my car quit because of the recalled engine. Orlando Kia West and Hertz were wonderful to me. The engine, the rental, the gas, even getting my car back to me will all be covered by Kia. On Friday, Jayme from Kia and Keven from Hertz completely diffused my mood and I’m thankful I had the chance to thank them in person today. This review is not in regards to our sales experience as we had a great experience with one of their sales guys, Dallas. There was no pressure and he really worked with us to get the numbers where we needed them to be and we love the 2016 Kia Sorento we purchased.
