Took my 2018 Optima in for the 3700 mile oil change. Service was quick and they even cleaned my car. Great customer service. I will definitely go back for my next oil change or if I need to get my car serviced.
2 hours for an oil change. Checked the status after an hour. Was told another 20 minutes, still waited another hour! Don’t waste your time!...paid for platinum coverage..supposed to have rental care but every time they say it’s for 4 hours or more. Now I’m here all day it’s for overnight. They take their time and don’t care about appointments or people’s time. Will never buy Kia again
This dealship leaves much to be desired in terms of customer service. The sales representatives that I interacted with did the bare minimum to help me during the car buying process. Asher in particular in the internet sales department was very passive and did not inform me of the need to know things. Evreytime i go for a check up or oil change the stuff is great This past week i had the best experience angel was a blessing to me welcomed me with open arms and smile..the lobby was clean and so was the bathrooms the stuff in the lobby was great when it was time for me to pay the made me laugh i can say it was amazing thanks
The service is always excellent and always busy on a Saturday but I was still in and out within an hour. I was told my vehicle � would be ready by noon and at 11:55 I was cashing out. Thanks Jonathan!
