This was the worst service experience I’ve had in my life I waited 4 hours for a service that should have taken 2 hours maximum. I had to check in every hour for updates and the service writer (Kevin) seemed very annoyed each time I inquired about updates on my car. The service writer as well as the service manager were extremely unapologetic, unsympathetic, and rude. Also I didn’t receive my complementary car vacuum that I specifically asked for. I feel like my service was done in a timely manner. The lady the helped me was very nice. The only thing was the complimentary car wash and vacuum. Whoever did it was lazy, did not vacuum the seats or floor good, left dirt in the front and back. Also my car was full of water spots after washing..smh. Other than that my experience was good.

I arrived for my scheduled appointment and was advised they were about 10-15 minutes behind on appointments. I was scheduled only for only an oil change and car wash. Normally this should take around an hour and my estimated wait time was 2 hours. Since I needed the oil change, I decided to wait and in the end, my total wait time was nearly 3 hours.
