It took four business days for someone to call me back after my car was towed to their West location and that was after having called and been told someone was going to call me back shortly well over ten times. Don't even bother trying to reach them on Saturday despite their Service center being open. They suggested services (e.g. coolant flush, etc) that had been done recently by another shop, and when I pushed back they told me that having someone other than Kia do the work voided my warranty (not true). $400 worth of serv... read more

Mr. Anas Lazar from financing was fantastic, extremely friendly, attentive and professional. He made sure we understood all aspects of the paperwork that involved in financing of the car. They put the incorrect tag on the car they sold me, so I was pulled over because the tag doesn't match the registration. 9 calls, transferred to non working VM 3 times, hung up on/ disconnected 4 times, STILL waiting on a call back. Unprofessional, rude, and incompetent hits my 3 strike rule. Go elsewhere if you're looking for a car.
