They go out their way to complete the customers needs. They are extremely gracious and attentive.
Services deparment really sucks, always trying to charge you extra, that is why i stop taking to west site a simple oil change took 3 hours and even with all the time they dont even replace the sticker with the next millega due, this is the second and last time i take my kia to that location i have no issues with the east side the service is way better on the east if i knew from the beggining i will never my even my deal on the west. if you can go to the east side or avoid the west, total ripoff

We have had nothing but trouble in trying to get a problem resolved. We bought a car from here 2 years ago and we're made to feel guilty that it was taking so long by the salesman. I have regretted not walking out since. Now after an accident with the car, we're being told the dealership overcharged us by almost $1500. Call the dealership? Sure. If you can get through.
