2 1/2 hour service took 4 hours. I did a 30,000 mile service. I told them to not touch the wiper blades bc I had already put Rainex ones on. Don't charge me either. I went to pay the bill it was $50 more than I was told. Wipers were listed on bill and I was told again that they didn't replace them. They took it off the bill. Driving home I noticed new blades on my car. Too far to go right back. I had to make another trip back the next day to get my expensive Rainex ones after calling to go find them. Check in was slower than usual. Looks like maybe someone didn’t come to work. The car wash needs more care. The back door (Sorento) was almost as dirty as when I left it. Other than that, the rest was satisfactory. I had oil and filter change. It took 2 hours instead of the one hour it usually takes. They are usually better than this.
Straightforward service. Paid for what I recieved and was treated respectfully as a patron. Vehicle was finished right on the dot!
I hope the oil change was better than the vacuum job!! Took over 4 hrs. and over $200 for an appointment for an oil change and everything that goes with it!! Would have been much more but they felt sorry it took so long and took some off my bill!! Car wash makes you look bad. Better not to say clean the inside. Just clean the outside and then people won't be disappointed after almost a 4 and a half hour wait to get in a dirty car when you expect it to be clean. They said 10:30 to1:00!! 2:00 still no car!!!!
