This is to let people be aware of troubles that may arise if you trade in a vehicle with Orlando Kia West based on the issue I am having with them. I went in and purchased a brand new 2020 Kia Soul and they took my car as a trade in and where going to pay off the loan. I was advised not to make the payment that would be due in 8 days on the car I traded in since they were paying it off. This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. As a single woman, I was lied to, hit on, propositioned, and ultimately my payment was much higher than I was told. My vehicle that I traded in has not been paid off almost one month later and my credit is taking a huge hit. No one will answer my questions or help me. I have no idea what to do now...

over 4 hours of my life for an oil change and tire rotation (bought new tires, so, take the old ones off, put the new ones on. the waiting room had late night programming on where they were dropping f bombs, smoking and discussing drugs and blow jobs!!!! what the hell!?! and they "washed" my car...my windshield still has bug spots on it and the front of my car looks like it wasn't touched...smh... don't go near this place.
My husband went in to Orlando Kia west. He went to trade our town and country Chrysler 2014 for a Kia Sorrento. He specifically said he had no money down and was going to trade the 2014 Chrysler town and country. The gentleman that assisted him told him they would take the trade and would work out the numbers with the finance department. I had thought that everything had gone well but after a week I found out that the financing did not go through, I have excellent credit so I was surprised to hear that. We finally got another lending institution to take the loan which was fine but I had to drive over and resign a bunch of documents, I live on the other side of town.
