I have had my vehicle serviced more times than the average customer with a new vehicle. I have had the same issues repaired multiple times and the issue still exists. Now i am having issues with my motor due to sludge build up as a result in Kias service department not changing my oil filter. They are refusing to take responsibility for the issue or fix it. I scheduled my oil change appointment for 11:30am. My car wasn’t complete until 2:15pm. In addition, someone from the dealership stepped on my passenger seats, leaving black shoe marks. I had to return to the service department later that day to get it cleaned. Definitely my worst experience
the employees always have plenty attention of what you need and treat you like you are family
Nobody returns phone calls and they messed up my husband’s credit by taking 2 months to pay off our trade-in.
