I bought my kia soul here - sales were a bunch of wonderful people. As far as service, I am disappointed. Came in for the cars first ever oil change in hopes I would get details on how the cars doing, no sort of report was generated. I also wanted Synthetic Blend, I go to the counter to check on things and apparently they were about to put conventional in. i am currently at Kia west with appointment for 11. 1 and half hours later i am still waiting. All I scheduled was tire service. More specific have a tire transferred from one rim to another rim and turn off my sensor light. This is my third time in for service with the last being an oil change. Each time waiting 2+ hours. More understandable if no appointment. If it wasn't necessary for mw to come here bc my warranty is here then I would not be back. This will be thought about when it is time for new car.

Very bad experience.. dont waist your time with them .. they dont even know the exact conditions of the used cars... they will tell you they are on great conditions but they dont even know .. I was trying to buy a used car from then .. I found out the car has many issues... so I told them to have the car service first ... and they say NOT ...
