Person in service didn’t know what he was doing. I paid $101 for a oil change and no one will explain why
I have been waiting 10 weeks for a refund check --have been made several promises and none of them have been followed through on---they dodge my call and do not return calls as promised--I have made 32 calls to dealership with only a return of 4 calls ---worst customer service experience at any auto dealer I have ever experienced -- hard to believe they are still in business --take your business elsewhere

Sales department does not treat loyal long term customers with close attention. Kia West GM never returned and email regarding a complaint. Service department is not bad, but nothing special. After my current Kia, I may never return to Kia because of their general treatment of customers who have spent tens of thousands of dollars.
Took my Kia Optima in for service for 6 recalls they have outstanding but wouldn’t honor the recalls because the vehicle was in a accident and I had the vehicle professionally repaired.... I will advocate everyone I know to stay far away from Kia they don’t back their warranties and have terrible builder quality to have this many recalls....
