The overall experience was ok. Personally, I think I should have negotiated a better deal but was time constrained and didn’t feel like returning for another haggle session. The car deal was decent. Another point, Had an appointment with Patricia but she passed me to a salesperson. I feel she should have explained in the email she was just an appointment person not a salesperson.
