Orlando Kia west engages in unethical advertising. They had a vehicle listed online for 13150 but after adding in their 995 dealer fee and another 1000 dollar fee because i have never bought a vehicle with them that 13150 turns into 15150. The bad part is that car gurus shows all these cars as a great deal making the consumer think they should buy them. When in reality the deal is fair at best. They quoted one price then when I got there it was different. TPS sensor replaced I was quoted $80 out the door then when I get there it’s $99. Their explanation is there was labor and shop fees. BS is what I think.

Luis R. was very helpful. He answered any and all questions I had. The wait was not too long, and Luis came to let me know my car was being washed and would be out shortly.. Next minute I turned around, there he was and my car was complete !! A big shout out to my Kia Fam !!
They were up front and honest about our repairs and very communicative.
The people are super nice and helpful!
I recommend anyone who needs to purchase a car to Kia because you’ll get great deals and the sellers are very friendly.
