It was a nice experience even though we weren’t able to come to terms. My interactions with my contact person was great. Her name escapes me at this moment but she was great.

I confirmed an 11:00 am appointment to see the car at 9:30 am the same day and drove one and a half hours to be told it was sold the day before. Why confirm an appointment to see a car that is no longer on the lot? They then tried to sell me a similar vehicle that was $7000 more than original car. Very disappointed to have someone waste my time and gas to try to upsell me to another car. I would NEVER recommend this place.

This place is a joke and a rip off! They like to use bait tactics to get you in and make promises that turn out to be lies. The salesman Devon that I dealt with lied during the entire process of me trying to purchase a car just to try and make a sale. I was trying to trade in the vehicle I had and he advised it was better to not use the trade and purchase straight out. We made an appointment to see this car & drove an hour away & they sold it the day before. They said they had other cars for us at the same price & then said they didn't. We ended up buying another car in the area.

I wasn't really impressed honestly.... The vehicle I had an appointment to look at was very ill kept... The initial salesman was very quiet and I didn't really get much help until I was leaving
