Purchased brand new Kia ********** Dishonest and deceptive with financing procedures. Will not be back nor recommend. I can add and subtract and when looking at numbers, when I got home, because there is no paperwork, you are given it on a flash driveI was very saddened by what I realized. First I would like to start off by saying that the sales dealer I dealt with did not offer me to test drive the car, was content with making a quick sale. Second off they had issues with getting my tag, so gave me a temp tag , which expired with no regards to them. I called several times to not get resolvement. They had to fix my speedometer because it was not working and they sold me the car which I found out is illegal to sell a car with a speedometer not working. This was one of the most pleasurable car-buying experiences I have ever had. I worked with ***************************. he was very polite and knowledgeable. he explained the breakdown of incentives involved in the price of our new Telluride sx prestige he made what i saw as a dreadful experience into one that was smooth and without drama no surprises just a good deal presented and finished quickly we'll definitely be back during ************ purchase.

I bought a car from the business n 45 days later I had to take it to another shop because the mechanic there had no clue of what was going on with the vehicle. Took it to the other shop. I was told the time chain was broken cause a problem with the oil pressure. Now all they want is to put me in a car thats more expensive and Im on a fixed income. The payment went up when I went into the finance office. Now my old car is gone, a finance bill and a car that I cant drive. Theyre saying that this is fair.

I have a shortage all the time with the lights on this car. I have told *** on 2 separate occasions and they said there is no shortages. But I have to keep replacing the bulbs repeatedly. I have no park lights in the front now. When I am driving the headlights will flicker and shut off when I come across any type bump in the road while driving at night. They are still telling my they ran a diagnostic and found nothing. I have to pay and Car Shield still have to pay for the diagnostic in order to repair the problem. They are ... read more

Very disappointed in the car I purchases today. I was communicating with one of your salespersons via text about the *** 3. I asked her if could do the approval via an app or online she stated I must come in and it will only take ten minutes. I went to the establishment yesterday , 10 minutes turned into two hours. I finished everything besides meeting with the finance manager. Hi just wanted to share my horrible experience at this location went to trade in my vehicle. I bought a brand new Kia Carnaval from them and it’s been almost 2 months and they still have not sent the paper work to the DMV so I can get tags! The manager won’t return calls!! The DMV called with me on three way and they still haven’t sent the paperwork and this is 3 weeks later! I had to call the DMV investigator! This is rediculous! Now I have a new van and no tags!

At this point something has to be done about this they are really using people person information and making double the money off of you. I had my car for almost 30 days and now they trying to squeeze more money out of me in order to stay in my car.
