Upon arriving I witnessed employees arguing about who would help the customers. I dropped my car off at 7:30am. I started trying to call about 1 pm. No one answered after several tries. Around 3pm, I called the Sales Department and asked for the GM. Devon,our salesperson was great but I went to Orlando Kia to be a co signer for my friend. Until we got to the final signing and was shocked to hear that I was to be the owner . I already have a newer car and did not need a car but my friend did and I had already put $3600 down for her. The numbers we were given didn't come close to the final papers but as I said she needed a reliable car so she agreed and will set up her payments with the bank. A real bait and switch scam. I own a Kia but will never bring it to Orlando Kia.
The team was awesome and Jairo went above and beyond for me. I'm very thankful.
Fast easy and got everything done
The service dept is terrible. Even when you make appointments for an oil change it’s at least a two hour wait in a miserable tiny waiting area. I’m so tired of terrible customer service from both the sales staff and the service dept at this dealership. I like my car, but I’m not happy at all with my experience with this dealership. They either need to hire more mechanics or not schedule so many appointment times if they can’t manage the service volume better.
I love Orlando Kia West Service Dept. When I leave my vehicle with them I have no worries. I feel confident that they will address any issues that I may bring before them also point out things that I may not have seen so. I love them I feel safe in my vehicle after taking it to them to be serviced. Thank you for giving me an opportunity to share.
The purchasing of a new Kia Soul was an adventure. Our trip through the details was interesting and arduous at times. At the end of our journey we happily drove our new car out of the woods and on to its new home. Thanks to the great sales, finance and prep teams that worked with us to our satisfaction. It is a great vehicle and I will recommend Orlando Kia West to anyone who asks.
