The employees of the dealership are extremely unprofessional. Trying to update my Retail Purchase agreement over the phone and can not get connected to anyone. Worst experience of my life. Never deal with them again.
DO NOT SHOP HERE! The managers are running a scam and stealing customers money. They are making false promises that wind up costing their customers hundreds, if not thousands of dollars. We purchased a hybrid minivan from here in June 2023. During negotiations we discussed the charger cable, which they claimed the vehicle had but then they couldn’t find it. These people are rude! My vehicle was stolen and I couldn’t obtain proper information about my car. They kept sending my from person to person to find that my car didn’t have any tracker in it. I went to try to get another vehicle and those salesman were mean and nasty! It is very unprofessional there.
My experience with the sale wasn’t great, but I liked the car. My used car broke down about 4 months after purchase. My experience with the service department was simply awful. My assigned service advisor was unhelpful, uninformed and uninterested. I had to call them to get information. The catalytic converter needed to be replaced, which I have since learned is common in my make/model, the subject of a recall and ongoing litigation against Kia corporate. I'm extremely frustrated. Worst service in Orlando. Salesman Allan compared me to trash and shooed me out of the store. Sales manager Jonathan is dishonest and the store doesn't keep agreements. I came home without my money to buy another car and without a car! Worst experience of my life! I set up an appointment to look at a new 2023 Kia Forte Gt-line on the morning of June 19th after calling to confirm they had the vehicle less than an hour prior to arriving. We arrive and are set up with a new salesman (Maher). Told him we were looking specifically for the 2023 Kia forte Gt-line and explained we had called prior to confirm they had it. I visited Kia Greenway West in Orlando on Saturday, May 20, 2023 to look at the 2023 GT Line Stinger and test drive the vehicle. Loved the car. Worked the numbers with salesperson. Went to dealership to value my trade in and the manager proceeded to call me a liar. He accused me of trying to hide information about my vehicle. I tried to leave and he actually got in my face. I very disgusted and disappointed with this dealership. I purchased a 2022 Kia Soul from them January 2022, in December 2022 someone tried to steal it after watching ******* videos on how to steal them. Traded it January 2023 for the 2021 Nissan Altima. Once I noticed scratches on the vehicle asked the Sales Manager Brandon for 3 touch up paint pens to cover the scratches. He replied by saying that they needed to order them.
