I would like to say how disgusted I am with Your Kia West Orlando store. We purchased from them last month to still not have our second key provided to us and on this of that the previous car not paid off. Now we are getting numerous calls from Ally asking about payments. I will no longer recommend it only this store or this car brand! No one can seem to get anything done there in a timely manner!

If you are in the market for a vehicle I would recommend that you go anywhere but here!!! ANYWHERE! I requested information for a vehicle online and was immediately called and emailed by a sales person. She was wonderful, or so I thought. We went over things and discussed pricing, payment, interest rate and so on.
