This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. As a single woman, I was lied to, hit on, propositioned, and ultimately my payment was much higher than I was told. My vehicle that I traded in has not been paid off almost one month later and my credit is taking a huge hit. No one will answer my questions or help me. I have no idea what to do now...

over 4 hours of my life for an oil change and tire rotation (bought new tires, so, take the old ones off, put the new ones on. the waiting room had late night programming on where they were dropping f bombs, smoking and discussing drugs and blow jobs!!!! what the hell!?! and they "washed" my car...my windshield still has bug spots on it and the front of my car looks like it wasn't touched...smh... don't go near this place.
Worst Kia dealer ever. Bad atitude and bad service. Don't waste your time.
I had thought that everything had gone well but after a week I found out that the financing did not go through, I have excellent credit so I was surprised to hear that. We finally got another lending institution to take the loan which was fine but I had to drive over and resign a bunch of documents, I live on the other side of town. After about 4 weeks I then found out that my old car loan never got paid off because Kia West was holding my money for over a month just because they could.
