They sold me a used vehicle with extended warranty. Car engine broke down a month later and Ive called and been to this garbage dealership several times. ***** has not called me back nor solved my problem. I have put in a claim with the insurance company ********. It got denied vecod the elimination period. Meaning its the dealership responsibility to fix my car. They are giving me the run around but Im coming with the full extent of the law.

Greenway kia west has a 2018 red **** mustang for sale. The advertised price on several websites is $15,995.00 after inquiry about buy this car the out the door price was now $21,499.94 now that was $1,240.09 sales tax in that figure so that means that the hidden fees were $4,264.85. That is almost a third of the advertised price for fees. Just beware people. This day and time there are still ****** businesses.

I first visited Greenway Kia West in May for a check engine light and a fuse recall. They told me that the fuse melted into my engine and they had to order completely new parts. To make a very long story short, after about a month of no communication, driving a rental car for a month, and involving corporate just to get any updates on my car, I was given the car back. Buyer beware! this is one of those dealerships that gives all car dealers a bad name. I purchased a used vehicle, I specifically asked if I had an inspection period and was told if there were any major issues in the next few days they would take care of me. To my surprise, the vehicle started shaking on the drive home. I hadn't owned it for an hour and had $3,800 in repairs were required. I bought a vehicle on 5/27/2024 Brand ******* 2024. 6/16/2024 my check engine light came on and the car started slowing down while I was trying to make a legal U turn. The intersection was busy and it could have ended in a really bad accident. My life was put at risk at this point. I then was able to pull up to safety. I brought the car to the *********** center on 6/17, they worked on the car and I was told on 6/18 the transmission failed and would need a new transmission.
