DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM!!!! This is a horrible dealership and they treat their customers horribly. Besides what everyone wrote below about the sticker prices and adding their fees on their customer service is NON existent. i bought a car about a week ago and have been trying to get ahold of a manager to go over my concerns and cannot get anyone to call me back. i have called about 4 times a day and have written 4 plus emails with no response. Buyer Beware! This is the most dishonest, scamming abusive dealership! Do not fall for the sticker prices! The list cars that are not availble and set appointments for test drives for cars that they dont have. They add fees of 25% to the sticker price, will lie about the car's availability and be abusive to you once they get you in the chair. Horrible place. Their standard practice is fraud and deception. I am absolutely upset with the run-around trying to explain that I do not want to finalize a deal with this dealership on a ridiculous priced vehicle. The seller said the i would receive a specific discount and the did not honor their word and top of a outrageous markup. I prebought a 2022 Kia Seltos that they never delivered on. I put $15,000 down on my car. The car was to be delivered in 2 to 3 weeks. It has been 2 months and they refuse to give me my down payment back. I am having to resort to getting a lawyer and using the court system to get the $15,000 down payment back on a car that was never delivered. I bought a vehicle from Greenway Kia West on July 31st 2021 from Sales person Janae. She was polite but didn't seem like she knew what she was doing. I asked her multiple times about the vehicle maintenance and she informed me it was well maintained. She informed me of monthly payments and apr, I agreed to get the vehicle. Took my 2020 Kia Soul car on Monday, June 28, 2021, for an oil change and recall notice that received about piston oil ring to get it fix. I was charged $21.95 for a tire rotation and $38.86 for the oil change. Sign on the wall said tire rotation was included with oil change. If was going to be charged extra for the tire rotation would not have done it. Also saw on a list of services on a printed list I was given the price listed for tire rotation as $19.95. My name is Sandro, last june 9 my wife took our 2018 Kia Sorrento with about 30.000 miles to oil change and tire rotation. after 3 hours waiting she left ... two 1/2 weeks after we were driving from Orlando to Miami the engine cover fall down touch the asphalt and made a noise like grinding something below the car.
