I would not recommend Kia West to my friends. I was very disappointed with the experience that I had especially when it came down to my fiancing. These people hit my credit 10 times. WHY. ended up having my car refinanced with another bank. Also traded my car and decided that I wanted it back. I paid 500 dollars more than I was given on the trade plus dealer fees. Just one very bad experience.
My appt was for 9am arrived at 830, jonathan took me right away, all said $ done total time about an hour!!!! Very pleased wiith service $ contined updates!!
First all they got me on the price. While in with the finance manager after fixing the rebate that was not given to us correctly first go around. He gave us a service free oil changes with 5,000 mile synthetic oil free of charge. We asked 3 times we are not paying for this correct he reconfirmed no we will not. Just bring in any Kia dealership they will see it. He told us he noted it in the computer and I just went for my first oil change to find out he lied and did not upgrade us, we was told we need to pay for it. After I ... read more
