Considering it took 14 weeks to get my car back and then to finally arrive to pick it up only to find that it wasn’t properly fixed, I must go with greatly disappointed. My round trip drive was 3 1/2 hours and I had to do it again a second time 2 days later. Made it half way back to St. Augustine this time before my new engine nearly died and left me stranded. 0 STARS Went in there trying to purchase a car today. They will not honor their own internet pricing. If they cant honor what they advertise, I can’t do business with them! Clair, You told me on the phone they would honor that price?????? Plus it’s ridiculous you’re going to come down Thousand dollars for an existing customer but not for a new Customer. RecommendedI have never had anything but great experiences with Any dealings with KIA from my purchase to any service we have had done. We were on vacation to Florida Disney world fro Michigan when we had car trouble Kia west service rep Kevin was polite and kept me informed on my repairs it took a huge stressor off me in traveling with my family I will continue to buy KIA s Great Job Guys!!!!
Everything was good except the car wash, it was very, very bad.
