Fast service great customer service in the service department
The time with the salesmen was great. It’s the lack of communication with the finance department that’s a killer. We were told on three separate occasions of deal was done, nope here we are over a month later still sending in paperwork that we ALREADY gave to them. I even verified it was received! Now the lien holder of our trade wants their payoff money and we will have a late payment listed on our credit because the finance department refuses to communicate. Very nice! Worked with me and my warranty to get my car fixed at no cost to me!
I think they wasted 2 days of my life I can't get back! Had me purchase insurance on a car they had no title on and then let me go get a cashiers check for full amount to boot! Manager never once came over but left poor salesman to explain even though he remembered me a a repeat customer the night before and spoke then! Not as mad at the situation (crap does happen...) as I am at the poor handling of it!!! Buyer beware!!!
